Merry Christmas!!

Merry Christmas to all of you!!  I've been SUPER busy with catching up on everything now that my niece is getting better, thank GOD.

I've been making Snowman tags for gifts and just can't stop!  The Cozy Christmas bundle is just too darn cute and it's fast and easy to use.  Just Cut, stamp and tape!  It's that easy!  Let me share some of the many I have made.

These are just a few.  I made them using the Art Philosophy for the tag and then used many of my scraps to make the snowman hats, scarfs and hands.  The stamp set is great to use with the Cuttlebug for the Thin Cuts or you don't have to cut, you can also just use the stamp to stamp!  Love this set!  Get it before it's gone !

Hello and Happy December to all of YOU!

Cozy Christmas!

I know it has been so long since I posted, but I had a family emergency on 12/2 with my niece who is studying here at the University of Arizona.  She is still in the hospital, out of ICU and in physical therapy improving everyday!  It was such a scare to my family and doctors still aren't quite sure what she has but she is definitely better!  Thank God!  She's been healthy all her life then suddenly her face went numb, slurred speech, headaches and it went downhill but we are uphill!

I returned home on Tuesday this week and next thing I know Christmas is next week!!  Yikes, I thought I would drop you a quick post then catch up.  I did manage to whip up some quick cards I had just started on 12/2.  I sent them to all my sister Close To My Heart consultants.

Hello Everyone!

Thanksgiving is just right around the corner and I'm so glad the election craziness is over and looking forward to spending time with my family in California next week!  However my little one in Kindergarten starts celebrating this Friday.  The little ones are having a feast and I thought I would create some cute place card settings for them.

Here is my cute little place cards for the little ones!  They were fast and simple to make.  I used the "Handwritten Print" stamp set for the names.  I hadn't used the stamp set until now and I love this font!  It's big and easy to use plus the font is awesome looking.  It comes in upper case and lower case and trust me, you will use it often.  Hope the little ones love it.

Planners are selling FAST!

Don't forget to purchase your planner too, those have been a big hit and are selling quick!  I was so undecided on which color I wanted and finally went with the black and white, LOVE IT!!  I started to jazz mine up a bit but I still have more doodling, stamping and creating to do.

Here is my album, as you can see the cover is a nice beautiful soft bound cover and the black and white are gorgeous.  I love using sticker paper and wash tape to design my pages.  I use my stamp sets to stamp on the sticker paper then I just peel and stick creating my own stickers.  I also stamp directly on the pages too.  

You can purchase insert pages too if you don't want the bundle, but who doesn't want a fresh new Planner to start off the year!

It's Not Over Till It's Over!

Halloween is still not over in our home.  We went Trick or Treating 3 times on different days!  I have so much candy I packed it all up to day and secretly hid it away from the kids.  I'll be donating it soon because I don't want cavities!  

A few weeks back I shared how you can turn a plain brown bag into a gift giving bag by using your Cricut and cutting some circuit pieces and stamping to decorate a brown bag  I decided to make 25 Treat bags for my little ones classmates by using the Cricut Artbooking cartridge to decorate them.  The kids all loved them and it was fun and fast to make.

Heart 2 Heart Challenge

Jeepers Creepers!!

It's Jeepers Creepers in October with a birthday card this month!  I created this card using the Jeepers Creepers paper packet and decided to include it in the Heart 2 Heart Challenge so I'm showing it on my blog once again.  If you aren't familiar with Heart 2 Heart challenges then hop on over to their blog by clicking here,  http://heart2heartchallenges.blogspot.com You will see some amazing artwork from very talented crafters!

I used the Jeepers Creepers paper packet which also includes cute Picture My Life (PML) cards.  I used Whisper and Lagoon cardstock as the background then added the black & purple diamond PML card as the center background.  I then pieced three B&T (background and texture) Jeepers Creepers papers and stamped "Happy Birthday" sentiment using the stamp set from the Workshop Your Way "Just to Say" card making kit along with a cute star from the Jeepers Creepers Complements.  Voila!

Jeepers Creepers!

It's getting scary out there with Jeepers Creepers!  After visiting Annies Orchard I knew right away I had to use the Jeepers Creepers paper packet for my photos.  The colors are perfect for pumpkin picking and Halloween trick or treating.  Here is my two page layout with some, just some because I took over 100 photos!  I've learned that you can never have too many photos because my kids are growing up so fast and when I'm 80 I'll still be scrapping and wish I had taken more.

Aren't these colors beautiful?  The orange stripes are perfect and my favorite color these days is turquoise.  I created an additional two-page layout but no photos on this one because this one I will be using for their Trick or Treating.

I used the Jeepers Creepers paper packet and the complements for both my two-page layouts.  The page on the right of this one has the lighting bolts complements which will be perfect for my little one who will be Harry Potter!  My little girl will be a vampire so the Scary Monsters will be just right.

The packet comes with two full pages of Picture My Life cards and I have friends and family that also have birthdays in October.  I thought I would make a Halloween type theme birthday card and made this super easy one.

This card uses my scraps from the top two layouts and Picture My Life card.  The best part is I used the stamp set from the Workshop Your Way "Just To Say" Cardmaking Kit that I already had!  This is a great stamp set to make more cards with various paper packets.

Fall In Love with Fall!

Hello and Happy October to all of you!  I had such a great time this past weekend with the family!  If you are from Arizona then you must know Apple Annie's.  If you don't, it is a huge farm with a huge pumpkin patch, a really HUGE corn maze, vegetables to buy, hay rides and so much more.  The corn maze took us about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get out and that was the intermediate trail, the longer trail takes about 2 hours!  Here's a few pictures I will be scrapping soon!

There were so many pumpkins to choose from and big ones too!  We came home with all sizes.  We also had to stop at the apple orchard to pick some apples, it was so much fun!
