Sugar Rush

I can't stop playing with the Sugar Rush Thin Cuts bundle set, I am having so much fun using the little donuts!

I made this card using the Sugar Rush donut paper and the Rustic Fundamentals.  I really liked how the woodgrain paper went with the color of the year- Sea Glass!  So I cut the donut in Sea Glass and added the Sugar Rush sprinkles on top along with shimmer tape across the card.  I also add the lines on the edge of the card to add a little design on the edge.  

This is the Rustic Fundamentals paper packet which I've been using quite often on many projects I've completed recently.

Tea-rrific!

March's Stamp of the Month is beautiful and fits so well with bright, vibrant colors.  I enjoyed making this card and placing the flowers in the tea cup.

I stamped the tea cup and flowers using Memento ink then colored in the cup and flowers using Shin Han markers.  When using these markers use the Memento ink so it doesn't smear when using the markers.  If you haven't tried the markers they are awesome!  They color so smooth and love each end tip size on each end.

Sugar Rush Pizza Box

Sugar Rush Thin Cuts

How about a cute little donut box to give to someone special?  I made this small donut box and placed some money inside for my niece's birthday.  She is only 12 and when she saw it she loved it!

I really enjoyed making this box so I made a second one and I'll be placing a gift card inside it.  I think it's a great idea and found it on Pinterest.  Just google pizza box and you can see various designs.  I thought making it as a donut box is perfect.  I have a niece turning 16 soon so I'll be giving her one and thinking of placing some nice earrings inside it.

I also stamped a tag and taped it to the inside of the lid.  I used the CTMH thick twine and unraveled at the ends to give it a different look.  Love this! Get your Thin Cuts this month for 25% off!!
